Course Details

To prepare our beekeeping resources for Spring, we will build frames to take both plastic and wax foundation using a framing box, a wiring jig and a wax embedder. Pros and cons of using wax foundation or plastic will be discussed and participants will be able to try out each piece of equipment.

You can chose to
- simply observe
- bring your own 1-5 flat pack frames and plastic foundation/wax sheets or
- purchase them from us at $7 per each frame.
You will need to let us know what you decide to do a week before the event so we can purchase necessary supplies. Email the organiser by August 10th
